Thanks for this episode. My fave film also. Narration to abridge plot definitely limits impact.
From credits seems Greenstreet, Lorre, Raines, and Dooly Wilson not in it. Sam’s singing & speaking voices sound like two different people. Bergman’s acting still is moving.
Had to look up Lady Esther, whom I gather is actually Esher’s sister. Great diction makes me want to buy some face cream.
The Lucille Ball / Frank Morgan episode mentioned sounds interesting.
